Balance Health & Wellness Clinic started as a telemedicine practice based in Austin, TX. As the practice grew, the desire to revitalize more people’s lives and experiences grew as well. This led to us building an office location in Georgetown, TX, allowing us to treat our clients in person while still maintaining the option for telehealth. We are now able to provide more services to enhance well-being even further.
Balance Health & Wellness is more than just a clinic, we are your partner in your journey to improved health and wellness. Our primary focus is on patient-centered care, with your health and safety at the heart of our services. Our team of committed medical professionals is here to guide you in taking control of your health, offering services such as medical weight loss, hormone replacement and optimization for both men and women, treatments to address underactive thyroid functioning, and peptide therapies to enhance overall wellbeing.

Meet the Provider
Michelle Brock
Nurse Practitioner
Michelle is an Austin native and proud of it! She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington as a family nurse practitioner and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. Experienced in intensive care of adults and children, family practice, hormone health, and holistic care, Michelle enjoys practicing in a variety of environments which continues to grow her knowledge base.
She is passionate about helping each individual become the best version of themselves through her practice. She is excited to discuss all the ways to approach therapy can do for you. Michelle incorporates nutraceutical supplements into her practice to further optimize each patient’s well-being.
Individualizing her practice to be centered around the distinct goals and desired outcomes for each patient, Michelle seeks to tailor her care to each individual.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You can catch her out on the hiking trails, camping at one of Texas’ parks, or cheering for her kids at football games and track meets.

Medical Assistant
Hi there! I'm Ashley — it's so great to meet you! I've been proud to be part of the medical field for the past 15 years, and what a journey it's been! Over the years, I've had the amazing opportunity to work in a wide range of healthcare settings, each one teaching me something new and deepening my passion for patient care. Whether I'm assisting in fast-paced environments or working one-on-one with individuals, my goal is always the same: to create a warm, positive, and supportive experience for every single patient who crosses my path.
I truly believe that kindness, empathy, and a listening ear can make all the difference in someone’s healthcare journey — and I bring that philosophy with me every day. When I’m not in scrubs, you can usually find me outside soaking up the sunshine with my wonderful significant other and our two adventurous daughters.
We love exploring, spending time at the beach or enjoying a lake day, watching drag racing, and making memories as a family. Life is always an adventure — and I love every minute of it!
I can’t wait to continue connecting with others, sharing smiles, and making a difference in the lives of those around me.
